Tim Ferriss, from 4 hours to the perfect body fame, gives simple examples of how to get not only six pack abs that look like they were etched by a machine but to have close to the perfect overall body. He reviews exercise programs and weight control plans including what to eat and what not to eat that scientists have spent over 6 years formulating. He worked hand in hand with them fine tuning the best methods to reduce fat giving you the perfect platform to get a six pack and keep it.

Tim gives logical reasons why you should be able to function above par only only 4 hours sleep per night and get the best out of it. In terms of exercise he suggests ways to tone down the work load saying to too much in your workout is bad for you and that amazing results can be got from only 6 minutes exercise per session.

The perfect body, ripped with abs, can be anyones be it men or ladies who dream of it. Kettlebell routines and excersises play a large part in his rapid weight loss regime and a large percentage of your weight loss will come from these simple yet effective pieces of exercise equipment that anyone can use and afford. Whether you are a teenager or over 50 you should not avoid putting Tim’s methods into practise.

Even though Timothy’s 4hour perfect body book is for “all-of-body” perfection it will work each part of the body. This means that to get abs, simply follow his guidlines on foods to eat, what is good for abs etc. He gives a comprehensive list of what is a must and what foods to avoid.
