Elliptical Trainer – Review of Stamina 55-1610 InMotion E1000

You can get a good cardio workout if you jog, run or bike. However, this is difficult to do when the weather is bad. But if you have a reliable elliptical trainer at home like the Stamina 55-1610 InMotion E1000, you’ll be able to get a full, low-impact cardio workout in your own home any time you please.

What We Like About the Stamina InMotion E1000

You don’t require a lot of space to be able to work out on this elliptical trainer. It’s compact and light, and strongly recommended if you are short on space but need a good aerobic workout. Like other elliptical trainers, it provides a low impact workout that exercises your legs, thighs, hips and abdominals. At the same time, it protects your ankles, knees and back from stress. Because there are no handles, you really get to workout your core muscles.

The Stamina InMotion E1000 is a mini elliptical machine that is very compact and portable. You can move it around the house to where you want to use it. Instead of sitting on a couch, you can workout on this fitness machine while watching TV. The adjustable tension lets you control the intensity of your workout.

This mini elliptical trainer is cheaper than a regular elliptical machine but it is just as effective. As a matter of fact, it is even more convenient to use than a regular one. The electronic fitness monitor that comes with the machine keeps track of the number of steps per minutes, exercise time, total number of strides and calories burned. It’s easy to stay motivated on this fitness machine.

Things We Don’t Like About the Stamina InMotion E1000

The machine’s very compactness (which is a good thing) is also what makes it somewhat awkward to use, at least for some people. It provides more of a stepper action than a full size elliptical trainer. You have to get used to the shorter stride length. With no handle bars to hold on to, the hands free operation requires good balance on your part. In addition, only the lower body will benefit from the workout.

The Bottom Line

The Stamina 55-1610 InMotion E1000 Elliptical Trainer may not be perfect but it provides great value for your money. With this elliptical trainer, you get a good cardio workout at your convenience. You can get it at Amazon.com for under $100. Now that’s what I call a real bargain.

What Are Six Pack Abs

You have probably heard about “six pack abs,” and know it is a good thing to have, but may be unsure of what exactly a six pack is. If you think that getting a six pack involves just beer, think again. And beer is the last thing that you need when you are trying to get the perfect six pack abs.

A perfect six pack is when your abdominal muscles are so defined that they are clearly identified. Anyone who looks at your stomach will see that the muscles are well defined and will be able to pick them out. There are six of them, three on each side of your abdomen and each one should look pronounced. The perfect abs are sought after more so by men than women who seek to get well defined muscle tone.

This is not to say that women should not try to achieve the perfect abs. To the contrary, women tend to worry more about having a flat stomach than men. Women can still have a soft look to their body and not a bulky, muscular look when they achieve the perfect abs using the methods described in this book.

Women should not be afraid that they will bulk up if they practice these techniques. Instead, women who look for the perfect abs and follow exercise and diet to achieve this will look slimmer, will find that their clothes fit better and will have more confidence when wearing clothes or going to the beach. Six pack abs are for both men and women.
