<p><strong>Is it as simple as swimming a lot?</strong></p>
<p>If you are under 10 and genetically gifted, maybe.  Male professional swimmers will spend 4 – 6 hours a day in the pool plus do other dry land work with resistance (weights) and <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info/cardiovascular-exercises-for-perfect-abs" style="text-decoration:none;color:#333333;">cardiovascular</a> training.  Their shape will have developed as their testosterone was pumping in their formative early teenage years.</p>
<p><strong>The fastest way to get a swimmers body</strong></p>
<p>Just swimming is NOT the best way to get a swimmers body!  Shape advancement depends on challenging the muscles with resistance to make them grow bigger.  </p>
<p>Using the right type of <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info/perfect-exercises-at-home-to-get-a-six-pack" style="text-decoration:none;color:#333333;">exercises</a> you can increase muscle in key areas using resistance training (weights).  Unless you are doing hours each day in the pool, you will only get limited muscle growth as you need to increase the resistance to further stimulate growth.</p>
<p>Swimming is a great form of cardiovascular exercise but it will only develop the pull muscles.  This leads to injuries and the body becoming unbalanced.  Professional swimmers will ensure they develop their push muscles with weight training.  The best way to get a swimmers body for is using weights as your primary means of increasing lean muscle through resistance training.</p>
<p>To reveal the muscle you must reduce the covering layer of subcutaneous fat.  To get the perfect swimmers body you should be aiming for no more than 12% body fat.  Cardiovascular exercise like swimming or <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info/rowing-to-get-ripped" style="text-decoration:none;color:#333333;">rowing</a> will reduce the fat if combined with the right <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info/what-to-eat-to-get-a-six-pack" style="text-decoration:none;color:#333333;">nutrition</a>.  Nutrition is also the key to accelerating muscle growth.</p>
<p>How to get an amazing body is as simple as increasing muscle and reducing fat.  But this must be taken a step further if you want the shape of an athletic swimmer as opposed to just being muscle bound. <p>Most <span class='bm_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info" target="_blank">six pack abs</a></span>  posts here are geared towrds the fellas and I thought that is a touch unfair so today I want to relate a story I read today about a famous lady and her <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info">six pack abs</a>.</p>
<p>I will admit it, I love Pink. This girl can sing and dance. I religiously watch her Funhouse dvd made down under a few years ago. But apart from her vocal and artistic talents she is one amazingly beautiful woman. I think <strong>Pink</strong> is the only &#8220;other woman&#8221; my wife doesn&#8217;t mind me looking at for hours at a time.</p>
<p>I love her ripped body. Her regime must be enormous to maintain that great figure but the story I read today made me chuckle. You see Ms <em>Alecia Beth Moore</em> basically snubbed her nose at the papparazzi recently by publishing a photo of her pregnant belly.</p>
<p>Sick of being pestered by the press she put the pic on her Twitter page for the world to see. I, for one, are glad she did.</p>

<p>He reviews exercise programs and weight control plans including what to eat and what not to eat that scientists have spent over 6 years formulating. He worked hand in hand with them fine tuning the best methods to reduce fat giving you the perfect platform to get a six pack and keep it.</p>
<p>Tim gives logical reasons why you should be able to function above par only only 4 hours sleep per night and get the best out of it. In terms of exercise he suggests ways to tone down the work load saying to too much in your workout is bad for you and that amazing results can be got from only 6 minutes exercise per session.</p>
<p>The perfect body, ripped with abs, can be anyones be it men or ladies who dream of it. Kettlebell routines and excersises play a large part in his rapid weight loss regime and a large percentage of your weight loss will come from these simple yet effective pieces of exercise equipment that anyone can use and afford. Whether you are a teenager or <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info/can-i-get-ripped-six-pack-abs-at-50">over 50</a> you should not avoid putting Tim&#8217;s methods into practise.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A lot of visitors to this blog have asked how to get <strong>Tim Ferriss abs</strong>. I would not do it justice by telling you all the approaches to fitness that he recommends but I will explain the three pillars Tim talks about in his new book, <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info/the-4-hour-body-timothy-ferriss">The 4-Hour Body</a>, which I have read cover to cover 4 times already.</p>
<p>Tim Ferriss abs talks about diet, exercise and supplements to have the perfect <span class='bm_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info" target="_blank">six pack abs</a></span>. He tells you what to eat, when to eat, what not to eat and gives a thorough list of foods you should be eating to gain the four hour body.</p>
<p>In regards to diet, he calls it the slow carb diet. Basically eating foods that are low in carbohydrates but high in protein. He says to avoid totally what he calls &#8220;white carbs&#8221; and his drink of choice will shock you. It definately is not rabbit food. There is variety for sure but he recommends you basically stick to the same structure for 6 days.</p>
<p>It is the seventh day that excited me. Day 7 allows you to eat what you want, as much as you want and Tim calls this his cheat day. Pur heaven for those of us trying to burn fat and lose some belly to expose the <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info">6 pack abs</a>.You will be excited about reading Mr Ferriss&#8217; slow carb diet.</p>
<p>As for exercise his moto to health and fitness is less is better. That&#8217;s right. He says to not pound yourself at the gym relentlessly but to do the rights exercises properly only a few times. That is not the <em>Tim Ferriss abs</em> way of doing it. He explains it perfectly in the book but the best part is that he tells you why less is better after study and research.</p>
<p>That is briefly the gist of it but in all honesty, and I mean this, head over to Amazon now and spend $13 and pick up The 4Hour Body. It will alter your life considerably for the better. Don&#8217;t take my word for it. Read the hundreds of reviews. You will be glad you did.</p>

<p>Right up until you commit, it’s merely a good idea. Once you cross the line, though, there’s a lot to do. You need to figure out where you will exercise, what equipment to purchase, if any, and find yourself a workout partner if it helps you stay strong. </p>
<p>Have patience too. Depending on your body shape and levels of excess body fat you have today, you could be in for a 16 week journey to get that 6-pack abdomen you desire while others could do it like Jillian Michaels and acheive a 6 pack in 6 weeks. We are all different</p>
<p>Step two is to make yourself a good, solid abdominal workout plan. You’ll probably want to assemble a team of experts. Consider including a nutritionist and a personal trainer who has great workout routines. Massage therapists and chiropractors are particularly attuned to the mind-body connection and are invaluable when it comes to dealing with aches and pains that are the result of misalignment and strained muscles. </p>
<p>Step three is to develop an exercise routine, remembering to schedule days off. For example, if you’re busy working on <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info">six pack abs</a>, schedule them for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, schedule workouts for different muscle groups. </p>
<p>Step four is to evaluate your diet. That doesn’t necessarily mean you need to “go on a diet.” What it does mean is that you need to take an objective look at every single thing you put in your mouth and keep in mind that diet plans and weight go hand in hand. </p>
<p>Only put things in your body if they support your Master Ab Plan. Then weigh yourself once a week and expect to start seeing signs of your <em>six pack abdomen</em> peeking through and the body fat falling off. </p>

Now for the 3 key components. Obviously these plusses make working on getting the perfect six pack well worth it.</p>
<p><strong>Correct Cardio Work For Your Abs</strong></p>
<p>If you have a layer of tummy fat covering your abs there is no point having them. Make losing it a major goal now. And this can only be achieved by doing the right cardio movements. Once you get to the point where you are happy with the way that your abdominal muscles look, you want them to stay that way. You should continue to eat the right way, lead a healthy lifestyle and workout regularly. This is a good lifestyle choice for anyone regardless of whether or not they have the <a href="http://www.perfectsixpackabs.info">perfect abs</a>.</p>
<p>Many people who achieve this type of feat feel that they cannot ever stray from their routine without their perfect abs collapsing and turning to fat. While you will want to stay on your routine as much as possible and eat healthy foods, if you stray from your diet or fail to show up for the gym, do not panic. This does not mean that you will lose the <em>perfect abs</em> that you worked so hard to attain.</p>
<p>Keeping the perfect abs is more of a mind set than anything else. You will want to continue to diet and exercise and be mindful of the way that you look. <p>If you feel that you can let your body go and abandon your exercise routine because you have gotten to where you want to get, think again. You will have a more difficult time getting back into shape if you let your perfect abs go to waste. Or shall we say waist? This is because muscle will turn to fat if not used. It is important that you continue exercising and maintaining your perfect abs that you have worked so hard to achieve.</p>
<p>It is not a good idea to fight hard to get the perfect abs for the summer so that you can look good in a bathing suit and then let yourself go during the cold months so that you can eat whatever you want and not exercise. This is not only not good for your body, but it will make things even more difficult for you when next summer, you once again want to attain the perfect abs.</p>
<p>You need to maintain the perfect abs through the summer, through the fall and through the holiday season when you are eating and drinking things that you should avoid. While it is fine to indulge now and again, you do not want to break your routine to the point where you have to start all over again from scratch in achieving the perfect abs when you want to get in shape for swimsuit season.</p>
<p>Once you have achieved the perfect abs, you will feel good about yourself and will also want to stay that way.
